I spoke with Nicole about my case, and she seemed very confident about my case. I decided to hire her almost immediately as she seemed to have a firm grasp of my charges and what could be done. I did a plethora of research before hiring her, and I found so much information about her practice online. I knew I was making a good decision hiring her. I was facing false charges in Prince William County, and I wanted to fight this all the way – to Trial. Nicole explained everything to a T. She clarified every step of the process, and even went ahead and explained everything to my dad. She was just very helpful. I was somewhat nervous before Trial, but I was really re-assured by how much work Nicole did on the case, and how she pinpointed the main arguments. The Judge said that since Nicole went into such details, and that the officer could not respond adequately to the details, that I was NOT GUILTY. I was so happy and thankful! Nicole did everything she could to have my back and to prove I didn’t do anything wrong. Nicole was worth the investment in my future! Not everyone completely beats a DUI – but with Nicole I did.

In the beginning I searched around and read different websites about attorneys, and I read Nicole’s profile and her recent award for being a good attorney. I called and spoke to someone at her firm, and they put me in contact with Nicole within minutes. I was really shaken about my allegations, and when I spoke to Nicole and it felt like she understood. Bad attorney jokes are abundant but Ms. Naum has restored my faith in great lawyers. First off, she listens, she really listens. I felt well taken care of from the first minute of our conversation. I was worried about my situation, but she was reassuring right from the start. I didn't get unrealistic "pie-in-the-sky" outcomes from Nicole, but an honest appraisal of what might happen to me and my case. This was honesty I felt I could believe. I could not have asked for a better outcome! In July of 2013, I was stopped in Prince William county for suspicion of DWI. I was terrified because if convicted, this would have been a DWI 3rd offense in the state of Virginia. The motion was granted and the charge was amended to a misdemeanor. I was relieved to say the least but, it did not stop there. Upon futher review of my case, Nicole discovered that there were holes in the officer's original statement. This suspicion lead Nicole to obtain further evidence of the night. She obtained video footage of me inside of the store, leaving the store, and pulling out of the store where, the officer was seen pulling me over as I turned onto the street. Nicole was able to prove that the officer gave false testimony to justify the stop when he did not really have a reason to stop me at all. Nicole made a motion to suppress and the case was dismissed. The night I was arrested while I was in the waiting room I was waiting, saw an Ad for Price Benowitz, LLP. When I got home I researched the office got in touch with Criminal Defense Attorney Nicole Naum. I was happy that I was able to speak with a woman who could see my perspective. Even though I know it was not as the Commonwealth Attorneys were definitely trying to make an example out of my situation. In the end she won, I was found not guilty. She was very knowledgeable and noted the facts. She did not let or allow the Commonwealth to turn the situation into anything more than what facts were presented. I am very happy that she was my attorney. I was comfortable with her throughout the entire process. I would if ever needed call for her services again and I will recommend her to any that I hear may need her area of services.
