I got charged of a drug and Dui charge in late August of last year. I paid the initial $500 for a $3000 case for the discovery! He assured me he could get the 251 and get the dui and refusal dropped after two continuances. 5 months later after more than 6 court case dates. Micheal Pignone did not uphold his end of the deal after I paid more than $2,000, I never received the discovery! I was convicted of the dui and the drug charge! After Micheal informed me of this being my best option! I told Micheal I never had a lawyer before and he took advantage of me and took money for which his services were not properly rendered as he promised me. Every time I asked about the discovery he'd find a way to dance around my questions! He didn't even show up to 2 of my court dates and left me holding the ball talking to the judge! TO ANYONE WHO IS TRYING TO GET HIM AS A LAWYER...trust me YOUR BETTER WITH A COURT APPOINTED LAWYER! Micheal Pignone is a thief and a crook and he should be charged and convicted as a criminal!!! 6/22/2016

Recenly I've needed a lawyer for the whole family, I picked NAUM LAW FIRM. I could not ask for a better firm to represent my family. In every legal matter the outcome was positive...and could answer or give good advice for other legal matters..(setting up a will). Recently used the Estate Planning Services (Living Will, Power Of Attorney and Medical Directive) of Phillip Menke at the law firm of Purnell, McKennett and Menke. He and his paralegal Julie Ellis prepared Estate Planning documents for my wife and I. My wife and I were very happy with the professional services provided. (1) Very professional, courteous and respectful (2) Always responded in a timely manner to questions via telephone and email (3) Very thorough in explaining the process and the estate planning documents (4) Patience with numerous changes to draft documents prior to being finalized (5) Office receptionist professional and kind (6) Very friendly office environment when visited (7) Limited parking but found parking right in the front of building (8) would definitely use this law firm again if the opportunity presents itself.

I worked with Nicole throughout my case. She was very pleasant and professional. She really cared about my case, and truly put effort to communicating to what I could do to help before my court date. I also worked with Katia (Part of her team). Katia was so helpful and kept in contact with me to ensure I was doing good or if I had any questions. Nicole is a life saver, back in Nov I was charged with a DUI and reckless. My case wasn't looking good for me since I provided a breath sample and told the officer that I indeed was drinking that night. After looking for a decent lawyer for a while I stumbled across Nicole on google, it had a lot of good reviews so I decided to hire her just to see if I could get a little better deal than the other lawyers I talked to said I was going to get. The best decision I've ever made, she was clear with me about the outcome the whole time and we already had agreed on a deal . The day of the trial 30 min before my case was called she talked to prosecutor outside of the court for 15 mins then I saw the officer that arrested me follow her outside, I was scared but to my surprise she told me that she worked out a deal that reduce my charge to a reckless driving only, no alcohol interlock,a fine and loss of lisence for only 6 months. This is way less that what I was originally expecting. The fact that the DUI is not going to be in my record is amazing. If you ever get a DUI or other traffic violation it would be stupid not to hire her. Thank you Nicole.
