I recently retained Mr. Lindsey's service for a rather complicated traffic violation. Throughout the process, he was very attentive as well as empathetic to my situation. An amicable resolution could not be reached verbally, and we were forced to have a trial. Mr. Lindsey was professional and argued my case flawlessly. His ability to make an argument in the courtroom was very impressive. I must also add, since I am from Maryland and the citation was issued in Virginia, that Mr. Lindsey is very well versed in legal codes for both states, and with that knowledge, was able to negotiate an outcome that was beneficial to me. I am pleased that I selected him to assist me, and, though I hope I don't have a need for him again, I would not hesitate to retain his services again.

I am incredibly thankful for Andrew Lindsey representing me in my case, my ultimate decision to go with him was because he went through a similar case and has great experience with criminal defense. He was also the only attorney to give me an hours worth of his time free of charge to explain in full depth what my case entails and the hypotheticals that could take place. We were expected to go to court, with Mr. Lindsey's extensive knowledge with statements back and forth with the judge and prosecutor he was able to get my case dropped before the preliminary hearing and I face no charges brought against me! I am elated that I paid for a great service but because of attorneys like Andrew Lindsey that are representing you for your best defense. All my questions were answered in full depth and explained clearly. He is Calm, collective, and keeps composure with strong logical thinking! 10/10

I used Andrew Lindsey as my attorney for reckeless driving. Andrew was straight to the point and very knowledgeable. Every time we would talk, my stress and anxiety would go down immediately after the call. I highly recommend Andrew.

Andrew Lindsey is such an amazing attorney, he is always calm and keeps clear mind with strong logical thinking . At beginning , I was charged four moving violations which potentially result in significant amounts of fines and driving points deduction. I searched and found Mr. Lindsey, hired him to defend me. After his collecting evidence and profound analysis, he concluded that the officer has no reasons for these charges and figure out what strategy I should take. After his adept defending, the police officer agreed to reduce all of my charges to just one low-level county code violation. It is so minor which is not even considered a moving violation, means it does not affect the driving record or insurance costs at all. I just paid $50 fine (plus court costs) to resolve all 4 charges. I have to say, his professionalism impressed me so deeply and I enjoyed so much to be cooperating with him, not only his expertise and experience, but also his way of thinking and analyzing taught me a lot!
