I attained the legal services of Andrew Lindsey in October of 2019. For the October charges, Mr. Lindsey was referred to me through the Public Defenders office, with high regard, as he was the city's public defender prior to beginning his own practice. Mr. Lindsey was willing to work with my budget, kind, yet truthful and to the point. Very professional and thorough. After working together on best practices, behaves and steps I should take prior to the case, which I did, he dealt with the prosecutor prior to court date. We did then arrive to court to deal with the prosecutor and judge. The situation was resolved with a positive outcome and dismissal of fines. I highly recommend The Law office of Andrew Lindsey. Very professional and highly regarded. I am very fortunate to have received such a positive outcome and such strong legal counsel in Mr. Andrew Lindsey.

My husband and I retained Tracey Lenox on behalf of our son, who was 17 at the time, to represent him regarding an initial assault and battery charge. Through her exemplary representation, she was able to have the charge reduced to misdemeanor and with compliance of drug screening, potential treatment of necessary, and counseling, the charges would be dismissed in one year.
