I do not recommend this firm the lawyer I had was irresponsible and did not care about our case. I tried numerous times to contact her and was never able to reach her. She was careless and due to her negligence our case was never closed. It was left as if my husband wasn’t worth the fight. Not only that!!! due to communication on top of that he ended up getting another charge that basically cost him his future. So now…not only did his case not close but my husband was taken from me. All I know you can’t trust just any lawyer because some just don’t care.

I unfortunately found myself in need of an attorney after I was in a car collision and received a citation. The Price Benowitz group was able to advise me to the services of Mr. Andrew Lindsey who contacted me quickly and was able to advise me on the possible outcomes of my situation, what actions to take to best help my outcome and answered any questions and concerns I had throughout my contracted relationship. Mrs Brown was one of the best attorneys I’ve ever had. She worked very hard for me even thru a holiday. She always kept in touch with me and my family by calling or text messages. I recommend her highly. Once she started on my case I got a bond hearing right away. I can’t even express how lucky I was to have her on my case!!

They say what doesn’t kill you….will have you obtaining a wonderful attorney, Donna Murphy of Price Benowitz LLP. My case is complex, which includes an incomplete investigation resulting in a false arrest, malicious prosecution, two terminated attorneys, two different courts, a wrongful incarceration and I haven’t even been convicted of anything. But, none of that scared Ms. Murphy. Lol From the first call to the practice, the team at Price Benowitz were very attentive. They actually listened (without interrupting) to the synopsis of events that has been told 200 + times and still going on for 9+ months. What has changed for the better already are the stress filled sleepless nights, & the wondering what is happening and why haven’t I heard from anyone…I’ve taken several exhales, and feeling much stronger.
