Gave them our business about 2 years ago. Today was my first time calling to speak with Philip Kenny, and the receptionist who answered the phone was very rude and abrupt, as well as dismissive. Who needs this kind of attitude!

I had a very poor experience with Collins firm regarding trust administration following the death of a family member. I paid them several thousand dollars, and they returned me a useless set of paper binders, and no other help. Do not recommend this firm.

Our experience with the Collins Firm exceeded our expectations. The lawyers and supporting staff explained details for our family trust in terms we could easily grasp. The professionalism, and sincere interest in our well being as well as rapid responses to questions and changes was excellent. I have already recommended the firm to two other couples. I rest assured that the Firm will provide excellent support in the future of our trust.

After vetting several law firms that specialize in estate planning, my mom and I decided to go with The Collins Firm. It was the best decision! The lawyer that worked the most closely with us explained the whole process in a way that was very easy to understand which gave us the confidence to move forward on everything. We also felt their pricing was very reasonable compared to others. 10/10 have already recommended them to some friends who thanked us for recommending their services and were extremely happy with them as well.

Our attorney, Tara Schiller, was proficient, professional and pleasant, as was her supporting staff. For a very reasonable fee we received a trust, wills, medical directives, instructions, and other items that I can’t remember the names of. We met in person twice and there were quite a few phone conversations while things were being prepared. The Collins Firm had our house put in our trust and gave detailed instructions on how to get everything else taken care of. In short, my wife and I are very happy. We should have done this years ago. When we go to be with our dogs in heaven, it will be quick and easy getting our estate settled.

Free seminar very informative My intro mtg with the lawyer in the McLean office was also helpful Throughout the process of creating my trust and other docs the staff was very communicative. At my final mtg to sign everything was so organized and the lawyer took time to walk me through all the tabs.
