Prepare to be abused when you call. The receptionist, without fail, is obnoxious. From the time she picks up the phone it's as if you're on her last nerve. Our initial meeting after our parents' deaths was comforting. Since then, not so much. It has been a year and we still don't have the authorization we need to settle the estate.
