I highly recommend Mr. Leavitt as he represented me as an out of state driver. He was prompt in returning messages and told me everything I needed to do step by step. He was very professional yet easy to work with. What could have been catastrophic for me, turned into my only having to pay court costs. I am truly grateful for Mr. Leavitt. This was my first offense for reckless driving and I am very pleased with outcome. Again, I highly recommend Mr. Leavitt.

I am a PA resident and was issued a citation along route 95 near Emporia, VA for what I thought was just for speeding 88 in a 70 mph zone. The police officer did not bother to mention that the summons to court was actually for reckless driving by speed because I was driving greater than 85 mph. My wife and I only realized this while driving further down the highway, so the next morning I found Leavitt & Martin on a Google search, so I called and left a message. Dan is the man! After receiving a ticket for reckless driving by speed, I reached out to Leavitt and Martin for a free consultation. I am an out-of-state driver who received reckless driving charge (24 mph over the speed limit) in Virginia. Mr. Daniel Leavitt was extremely responsive, knowledgable, and professional. Mr. Leavitt was very helpful with concise guidance and advisement. He is very responsive, and returned my initial call on a holiday weekend, to which I was happily surprised. My teenager had a court summons in a county two hours from where we live. It's helpful to have a lawyer in the county that is familiar with the judges and how they view your case. In Virginia, reckless driving is a misdemeanor criminal charge and minors are required to appear in Juvenile court. He gave us sound advice that we followed resulting in a fair and very reasonable outcome for my teenager's case, to our great relief. I highly recommend Mr. Leavitt and was thankful to have him at our side throughout the process!
