Could not ask for a better lawyer! Daniel was able to get my 84/60 reckless driving charge completely dismissed! What could’ve been a misdemeanor on my record forever is wiped away now thanks to him! I had another obligation the same date and time as my court date and he was able to represent me in court without my presence needed. I cannot thank him enough for that, I was able to see my son graduate instead of attending court thanks to him. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and quick response time. Highly recommend!

I received a reckless driving ticket by surpassing the speed limit by 20 mph. Immediately I did my research and discovered Dan. I contacted the office the next day. He told me exactly what I needed to do. Not only did I not have to appear in court, but Dan was able to reduce the reckless driving to a non-moving violation which does not interfere with my record. He did an amazing job and I cannot thank him enough.

Well what can I say!? I guess what I could say is that Richard was recommended to me by another lawyer who 100% vouched for him and I must say that she wasn't wrong. He got my reckless fine reduced to a non moving violation. He kept me informed all through the process and assured me that he would do all within his power to get the best possible outcome which gave me great comfort and an ease of mind. I found Daniel and spoke with him on what had happened to me with a speeding ticket I had received. Long story short. I was going 95/70 in Hanover, VA on my way to Kings Dominion to hangout with friends. I honesty did not know I was going that fast "New SUV/Rental" really smooth ride. One of my friends told me he hope this isn't a RD charge the trooper charge me with, this was my first ever RD ticket so, I didn't know the seriousness of it in VA and I did not know the REAL consequences until I researched it online. EVERYTHING got real because this could affect my life/career etc. I had to get a lawyer asap, so again I did my research and called Leavitt & Martin. Daniel told me the things I needed to do in order to have favor with the courts, but since the ticket was in Hanover county, they was not to hopeful for a good outcome "Jail/Misdemeanor" due to the speed/Judge. HOWEVER, on that day I met with my Attorney assigned to me from L&M- Mr. Richard Wiley and he laid everything out on the table on what we should do and how we should do it. His WISDOM that day saved me to getting my charge dropped to "Improper Driving" so big shoutout to him. Yes, I got really lucky and this may not be the outcome for ALL, but I do recommend L&M.
