I am out of state and was referred to Mr. Leavitt’s company, and that was certainly the best thing that came out of getting a bogus reckless driving ticket in VA for speeding (78/55). I felt stressed and confused about how to proceed, but Dan responded promptly and laid things out step-by-step from start to finish. He was always easy to reach, friendly, and confident, which meant a lot to someone who felt very lost prior to our conversations regarding this matter. Dan kept me informed and included me in every decision, and was able to achieve the best possible outcome for my case (a non-moving violation with no points added to my license and very reasonable court/citation fees totaling around $200). I received a reckless driving ticket in Petersburg, VA. They got the ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. UNBELIEVABLE result! I will recommend that you 1) Get representation as soon as possible, court dates come quick and there are things they will recommend you do. 2) Do the things they say immediately! The course takes like 6 hours, then a mandatory 24 hour break, then another 6 hours. Give yourself a couple days to finish it! And then you have to wait for the certificate and send it on to them. So start it immediately! 3) The calibration is quick and easy. Do it quick as well so he has the real copy of the form, not a scan which some courts won't accept. You will get a bunch of letters from attorneys once the ticket is posted on the jurisdictions website. Throw them all away and use this firm!

I am so happy with the outcome of my court date for 85/70RD case out of Virginia being represented by Dan Leavitt and Corey Martin!!! My case was reduced to Faulty Equipment!!! This guy is the real deal! Unfortunately I've had my fair share of speeding tickets over the years. I've ALWAYS gotten an attorney instead of just pleading guilty. I've never had an interaction like the one I had with Dan. He contacted me back from my original request for information within minutes, on a Saturday night of all times. He told me what I could expect (which was more than satisfactory) and before the end of the night I had already lined him up to represent me.
