Daniel Leavitt was very professional, prompt, and caring in all of his interactions with me. He was the only lawyer that took the time to ask me about the particulars of my case, and thought outside the box for how to address those particulars. He took the time to have me give a character reference and a detailed testimony, and he was very considerate of my time and availability as an elementary school teacher. He cost more than other lawyers I called, but he made me feel the most confident and I know I made the right choice. He had my case dismissed and I am so grateful!

I called Leavitt & Martin after I was referred by another law firm that did not practice in the Greenville area. Immediately Corey Martin brought my stress level of thinking about the gravity of the offense of doing 84 in 70 mph zone. In Virginia it is not merely a simple traffic offense but a reckless driving is a criminal offense. As a federal civil service employee I could not have a criminal offense to continue working in the civil service. He told me to send in my DD214 military discharge papers and driving abstract of records to help in pleading my case. The results were what I had prayed for and I thank Levitt and Martin for the results. Also the follow on post court link was very helpful in finally closing my case. I would recommend this law firm as having outstanding service and you get what you paid for. I have received over 30 lawyers letter after my case was publish but stay with Levitt and Martin because of prompt information every step of my case.

I contacted Dan a few days after i got a reckless driving ticket for 83/70, he was fast to respond and answer all my questions. He got my ticket dropped to non moving violation, im extremely happy with how things turned out.

My wife had an "incident" while in Virginia. I realized I needed a lawyer and saw all the positive reviews on Leavitt and Martin. I figured I would at least contact them and see how long they would take to get back to me. Like every review stated, Dan gets back to you very quickly, answers questions and even answers his phone. The firms price is reasonable, but not cheap. I received many mailings from lawyers who stated they would take care of the incident for about $150. Even though the low price offered in these mailings was tempting, I would not trust a lawyer who claims to work so far below the going rate of an attorney. On the evening of my wife's court date, Dan emailed me to tell me that everything went as he said it would and my wife's issue was resolved. THANK YOU DAN!
