best representation and great with communication.

I needed an attorney in VA but do not live there so I had to go by what competing attorney’s websites said. Mr. Leavitt’s site had a lot of information that I felt other attorneys might charge to obtain. I am extremely satisfied with his representation. This was an extremely stressful situation but he made me feel hopeful and more at ease. And you can’t put a price on that. The court’s decision was better than I could have hoped and exactly what Mr. Leavitt told me would likely happen. I am forever indebted to him.

I received a reckless driving citation from Emporia PD a few months back for doing 82mph in a 70mph zone on I-95. I called Leavitt and Martin the following morning to see if they’d be willing to represent me in court without me having to appear since I live in New Jersey. Dan agreed and gave me a rundown of how the court appearance would play out. They were able to get the reckless driving reduced to defective equipment (non-moving violation), saving me an absolute nightmare with my employer since I am a CDL holder. So, if you want your issue handled the best way possible, give these guys a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Mr. Leavitt is just THE BEST lawyer out there! November, 2019, I was charged with Reckless Driving doing 85 on a 70mph in VA. I emailed Mr. Leavitt that same night when I became aware of the serious charge a Reckless Driving is in the state of Virginia. He was very polite, and helpful . I also spoke with 4 other lawyers, but Mr. Daniel Leavitt was the one I decided to go with. Yes, he was the one who charged me the most, when compared to a TON of letters of lawyers I received at home, BUT it gave me tranquility knowing my case would be well attended. You get what you pay for, right?! My court just happened this last week of January. Mr. Leavitt was able to bring the charge down to a non moving violation, no points on my license, no class to be taken. I just paid the ticket + court costs. I also didnt go to court as he was there to represent me. I hope I never have a need to use his services anymore, but I would recommend him to EVERYONE out there. He is truly an amazing lawyer.

This firm is very helpful and very professional. I had gotten a ticket doing 88 in a 70 and was charged with reckless driving which is a misdemeanor in Virginia. They were able to get my case reduced to a nonmoving violation. If you're out of state like me, you probably felt nervous when you searched online for what the penalties were for a traffic ticket in Virginia, and saw all the lawyer sites that popped up in the results. I am a Florida Resident and received a reckless driving ticket in Virginia, Daniel Leavitt was extremly professional and answered all my questions, and he reduced my ticket to be defective equipment with no points or any effect to my driving record, really they are the best

Leavitt and Martin produced excellent results for me. I am a Florida Resident and received a very serious traffic ticket in Virginia that could have resulted in a huge fine and possible suspension of License. I did not even have to return to Virginia. The firm was able to go to court for me and got the charges reduced to a much lesser charge.

Corey Martin was extremely professional. He took up my case immediately when I reached out to him. He sent me an email with detailed instructions on what I needed to do next. I followed his instructions and sent him the documentation he requested from me. On the court date, he sent me an email saying that my case was dismissed. There is nothing more that the attorney could have done to make it easier and convenient for me.
