Needed their services for my daughter who got a reckless driving ticket. In Virginia, it is actually a criminal charge, not just a traffic charge. Dan was very helpful and up front about the chances of getting the charge reduced. He said it would be very difficult for the speed she was ticketed for. He walked us through what needed to be done and prepared her very well to try and get the best outcome. He represented her very well in front of the judge, and she got a reduced charge, sparing her the criminal charge. He did a great job, was honest, and very helpful. Thanks again!

Would recommend to anyone, did not know the driving laws of Virginia passing through. Then got hit with a reckless driving of 89/70 and they got it dismissed. Did not have to come to court or pay any extra fines.

They were able to get my 116/70 reduced to a simple speeding ticket 84/70

These guys were fantastic! When I initially called them for help with my ticket they were able to take a look at what I was being charged with and provided an almost immediate plan of action. I was cited for 110/70, reckless driving in the commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Leavitt was recommended as the best for high speed cases. I would attest that he is. If you find yourself in a similar situation acknowledge you alone got yourself there and then immediately hire Mr. Leavitt. Listen to all that he requests of you and provide him with everything he needs to do his job to the best of his abilities. Through Mr. Leavitts guidance and recommendations he was able to get the courts to agree to a reduction in charges thus resulting in a fine. Or simply don't speed and you'll be ok.
