From my first experience with Promise Law, which was a webinar describing the basics of Estate Planning and the services which they offer to get the job done, I was hooked. Personable, informative, accessible and tailorable to the individual, whether a large estate or a small one...they understood my desired outcomes and worked exceptionally well to meet them. Following the webinar, preparation included multiple online meetings with the Promise Law attorney assigned to work with me. Easy document preparation & review, and the final signing process was actually delightful! The team actually sang Happy Birthday to me having noticed that the day of the signing was the day before my birthday. Offering various tiered levels of service they can accommodate both short and long-term goals. And...each tier is at a flat rate! No 'nickel & diming"! I highly recommend Geneva Perry, Rob Kutz and the entire team!

I would guess that the problem most of us have when it comes to estate planning is that we don't know what we don't know. Well, Promise knew what what I didn't know and made sure that it was all taken into account when they devised my personal estate plan. I will never remember it all but I now have a resource that does and is only a phone all or text away. It is a smart, responsive company that has earned my trust and confidence.

I have been using Promise Law for my estate and trust planning since 2017. Attorney Geneva Perry first helped me with taking my deceased husband's estate through probate. She was so helpful, understanding and sympathetic through my loss and made the whole legal process understandable, and easier to get through each step. I would have had a more difficult time without her. Following that Ms. Perry helped me set up my own estate as a Revocable Trust. She did an excellent job helping me understand the process and the differences between the trust and a simple will. With her guidance, it was easy for me to make good decisions.
