I am very grateful for the help, couldn't ask for a better attorney. Mr. Huff made sure I was comfortable and confident throughout the whole process and got the result we wanted. Very professional and compassionate, even though our first time meeting was at the court house I felt as if I had a friend by my side from the beginning who will fight for me. Huff law helped get my reckless driving charge down to a speeding charge. I’m an out of town driver. Was on vacation and wasn’t aware of the speeding laws in Virginia. Mr. Huff and his law firm guided me in the right direction to do all the necessary steps to get my charge reduced. Not only was he very helpful with continuances, guidance, he was also affordable. I shopped around 2 or 3 other traffic lawyers in the area and they all had poor reviews. Mr Huff is an amazing lawyer.

I couldn't believe that a speeding ticket carried the same weight as if I had committed some sort of serious crime. Jail time, misdemeanor on my squeaky clean record, -5 driving points on my driving record, increased insurance rates. No way! I immediately hired Huff law and was initially assigned to Mr. Huff's colleague but eventually ended up with Michael Huff instead, due to availability. I knew that I wanted this to be completed swiftly with no continuations and possibly dismissed. The firm communicated with me up until the court date, answered any questions I had and gave me homework prior to the date in order to help my case. Im happy to say that Mr. Michael Huff was able to get my Reckless Driving charge knocked down to an Improper driving instead (no misdemeanor) and i was able to walk away in much better shape. Due to the decrease, I had only received -3 points (which were removed by the defensive driving course) on my driving record and a less than $300 traffic ticket fine, which means my security clearance was not in jeopardy. I was extremely pleased with Mr. Huff's professionalism, competence, knowledge, and humor. He's really funny and kept the environment stress free and assured me I had nothing to worry about. He was right! And though I don't ever anticipate needing a lawyer again, I wouldn't hesitate hiring Huff Law again. Did I mention the rate was extremely fair (less than $800 for my case) Thanks to Mr. Huff and his team for a job well done!!

Attorney Michael Huff is great lawyer he is very thorough and friendly. He got my reckless driving ticket reduced to a normal speeding ticket (85 in 55 work zone)I’m very happy with the result and couldn’t thank him more enough.

If I could give more than five stars on this review, I would. Ms. Kate is the best, she is professional, has great communication and work ethic. We were able to complete my mother’s residency process in no time, even though we started during the pandemic. I’m beyond thankful I found a great lawyer.

I was really worried when I was charged with Reckless Driving/Speeding. Michael Huff and his team reassured me from the beginning that he could handle my case. He gave me a free consultation and explained all my legal options. Mr. Huff's honesty, professionalism, down to earth and relatable personality, won me over. Once we were in court Mr. Huff handled my case aggressively and professionally, getting my entire case DISMISSED!
