Helpful and caring staff

This firm continues to prove why it has such a good reputation. Their attorneys are professional and knowledgeable; even their intern was very helpful and could answer my all my questions.

I have learned that filing Bankruptcy pro se was not the best decision because of the abundance of paperwork involved but after speaking directly with Mr. Merna a lot of of my frustration quickly subsided. There were a few trial and errors with the website but Mr. Merna had the patience and a few comic moments he completed my documents expeditiously. I will definitely recommend your law firm to any of my associates. I would once again like to extend my gratitude and highest compliments to you Mr. Merna.

I called to see if they could spare 10 minutes for a TNCC student, that had an assignment for a Legal class that required a short interview with an attorney. Sad to see how some attorneys only see dollars signs and lack the enthusiasm to help our future generation. May I add not all attorneys are like this, the next firm called gladly accepted the request and made time available for the student.

Once they get your money, you can forget it. I had several issues during my case, I was passed around and never received a proper response. At this point it looks like it will be money down the drain- 3 days left and I am just being brought up to speed on issues that I cannot resolve in that timeframe. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
