So I was charged with reckless driving for driving 58 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone. I was concerned about the implications for my suspension of license, criminal record, and fines. When I contacted Attorney Michael Davis, he informed me that the 100% charge would be lowered to a regular speeding ticket, and that I would be in good hands, which is really true. I was in capable hands. Michael Davis was unable to attend court, so he handed my case to Attorney Michael Huff. My experience with Attorney Huff was excellent; he was really professional and He discuss everything before going in courtroom. He took excellent care of my case, and my charges were eventually reduced to a normal traffic ticket. He will not demotivate you, while I have seen other attorneys do, they try to scare you. He will never leave you alone before and after the court. I recommend Huff law if someone is in trouble. THEY ARE THE BEST!! Exceptionally well versed in legal nuances pertaining to credit reporting and remedy. I originally reached out through their website to leave a message after hours. Not only did they respond right away (like literally within seconds) they offered to talk on the phone. This is to be expected of any professional firm but again this was already after closing time. Talk about going above and beyond. There was not even a hint of inconvenience and throughout the entire conversation (which it was a conversation, not a one way lecture) I felt valued. I was thoroughly impressed with the depth of knowledge the attorney I spoke to had and his ability to convey these complex concepts to me in plain language. Thanks to Attorney Huff, my case was handled exceptionally. Prior to the hearing, I was given elaborate details on the critical benefactors that would dramatically improve my case in court. He was very informative of how everything within the court would be handled. I was very fortunate to have a Reckless Driving charge dropped due to the judge’s dismissal. I greatly appreciate the meticulous and considerate effort put into creating the best outcome for my case. After following his advice to the fullest extent, I felt both mentally and physically prepared to show up in court. Michael Huff is very experienced and professional when it comes to his clients. I would definitely recommend him if you are charged for reckless driving as he has dealt with over 1000 cases with favorable results, and will almost certainly reduce the charge to a minor speeding infraction. Overall, he is an excellent attorney who will thoroughly provide maximum assistance while maintaining a calm, yet confident composure within the courtroom.
