Really a Very Good Law Firm! I highly Recommend Their Services

I reached out to them, cold turkey, about my SSDI rejection. Paralegal Nancy Fox took some basic information during that first phone call and asked if she could set up a phone meeting with the paralegal that was going to handle my case. This meeting was set up three business days after my cold call. I had the meeting, and my paralegal, Kelly Jarvis, promptly called me at exactly our appointment time. I provided to her all the information I had available during our 30-minute phone call. Within 36 hours of our meeting, she had the appeal paperwork in my inbox, just awaiting my signatures. Nancy, then, as a courtesy, followed up the arrival of said paperwork with a phone call, ensuring I was aware of its arrival. This law firm appears to be professional, as well as efficient. Nancy explained the full process, didn't sugar coat the potentially lengthy timeline, and the typical odds of success for the first appeal. I can not be happier at this point in time. I will update my review as more information becomes available.
