I absolutely have nothing but positive things to say about this law office and the staff, from disability to accidents, they have navigated me through every situation with ease. From my lawyer Russ Fentress to the paralegal Mary Ellen, that helped tremendously with every question, call, and email. Everyone was amazing and I only refer them whenever I am asked about who helped with my cases. I hope I do not need their services again lol but in the event I do I know exactly where I'm going first without hesitation!

They stuck with me and I stuck with them. Both parties are happy!!

I am currently a client of this company. I am completely underwhelmed. I'm assuming Nina has my case and feel she isn't doing her job. I received call after call when they wanted me to sign paperwork to hire them but since doing that. I can't speak to anyone. I called 3 different times and NEVER receive responses or calls back. I wouldn't suggest or refer anyone to this establishment solely on my experience. I'm 100% sure when it's time to collect money people will definitely reach out then. I have currently been speaking with Social Security myself so I'm doing the work in my own just to try to get answers. I hope I speak with someone soon and Nina and her team are spoken with about interacting with the clients.

I have had the pleasure of being represented by Goss and Fentress for over 2 years reference to Social Security Disability. My first visit was with Nancy. She and I plus other staff members have been in contact over the past 2 years discussing the steps and gathering information for my case. Mr. Fentress handled my actual case. He is very personable and easy to talk too. This is not an easy process but the whole group made it much easier. Thank you Mr. Fentress for making my the hearing less stressful. Thank you getting my disability it took 3yrs but I finally got it I am happy I got my back pay also they also professional I got denied the first time everybody gets denied first time.

Definitely deserves five star rating.However I wasn't able to have this firm to represent me but the advice they gave me was very knowledgeable and helpful I was able to use the tools they gave me .
