I contacted this law firm spoke to Christine Palmer who called me about 4-5 different days a couple of times a day. She stated the lawyers thought I had a great case and wanted me to sign with them. They emailed me the papers to sign. I had so question which they answered. I told her I would not be signing the papers yet because I wanted to check with other firms and she stated that was fine. Then I was told that they resend the email and I need to talk to a lawyer. I called them and they put me on hold then came back and stated everyone was at lunch and someone would call me back but no one never did. I called the next day and they put me on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up and no one ever called me back. I called the today Monday 4/22/24 and was told that they stated they will not be taking my case. I said why she put me on hold and came back and said it's not a good fit. I said how is that when y'all called me for about 5 days straight 2,3,4 times a day and sent me the paperwork to sign so that y'all could reprint me. Because I was checking out other forms and didn't move as fast as y'all expected now y'all won't take my case. I stated I never heard of such a thing and couldn't believe is she said she was sorry but hoped I'd find someone. All I can say is WOW!

I would NOT RECOMMEND them to ANYBODY!! I had the worse experience with the lawyer Will. They had little to none communication with me during my entire process, I always had to call them for updates. Will gave false information to my family about my daughter money as a scare tactic. Informing my wife numerous times she will NEVER see my daughter money. Then the paralegal turns around and let us know how it would be moving forward. Shockingly, my wife received my daughter money as the paralegal said. Also they hold on to your money in an escrow account to pay bills…….make sure those bills are being paid people. I had to call my insurance company and the doctors who was supposed to be paid. Only to find out Rutter Mills NEVER sent a Lein, even tho they told me that they did. Fast forward 3 weeks, bills still not paid and in collections. The amount they held for the collections was way more than the bill itself. Also the Lein amount they withheld was more than the lein. I had to do all my homework, calling insurance company to get lein amount and find out the bill was less. Long story short check to make sure they pay you bills if they hold your money. I had to pick another check up from them because they won’t keeping my money. Now I’m doing the same for my daughter and find out they holding money from her for a bill that doesn’t even exit. I would recommend if you need a good accident lawyer who you can trust WALK PASS THIS PLACE!! Need help making sure bills paid, I CAN HELP or just call the name they suppose to pay and make sure it’s paid!!

Communication is poor, I have called several times to just get an update and I am ghosted. They do not call back. So I definitely regardless of their ability to get settlements use someone else if being treated like a person with regular Communication is what you expect

Had a great experience with this firm. Jennifer was very informative and helped so much. We were never rushed and she has patience when we asked questions. She is very caring and met me at the door for appointments. I would recommend anyone who is going through a personal injury case.

Shelley was with us from start to finish with our case. She explained everything to us that we did not understand. Very patient if we had a question if she did not know it found out the answer and got back with us. She went above and beyond to help us with everything.

Don't recommend this firm to anyone no least Kim Avant. Kim was so RUDE on 3/23/24 when I came in the office,and on the phone several times My check was sitting there since 3/13/24. She spoke bad about Lindsay her colleagues. She did absolutely nothing towards my case I should have gotten everything. Never again. When I called to speak to a manager to complain about her then the ball started rolling ,somehow she found out and called to apologize SORRY to late. She knew she was wrong telling me I had a attitude no it is YOU if this is not for you find something else. Stop treating people bad and talking bad about people you work with

My daughter called you about helping with an appeal for my 2 and a half year old grandson who has level three autism and is nonverbal and your company turned her down and said you were too busy imagine how that child feels
