I highly recommend the Rutter Mills team from start to finish. Every single person I interacted with from the very first phone call was amazing. Ritter mills took my case and waited 3 months to drop me. They stated there was too big of a gap in treatment. Meanwhile , I’m unable to contact their treatment provider. The paralegal took over a week to call me back and the Attorny followed up to drop my case. They are highly unresponsive and unprofessional. They shift blame instead of communicating with me as a client. Stay away! Will not recommend, they are all for self and do not care about the client. They act in a retaliatory nature and operate unethically. I advised Attorny Joe that I would leave a bad review and he said “ is that a threat” as if I said something insinuating something harmful. It’s manipulative and distasteful.
