Everyone is great there!

Best law firm you can ask for their patience and they take their time to make sure all your paperwork is correct and up to date with everything, they even give you a gift. I would recommend!!!!

Well I have a disability case with rutter mills ....cannot get someone to call me I needed help with filling out paperwork now it's late went there on Tues 29th doors closed said open at 830 no one there left message with answering service yesterday still no call I am paying you to help and am not getting satisfied

I was involved in the automobile accident I immediately called Rutter Mills! From the first day we spoke they were extremely helpful and through the whole process they treated me like family if I ever need a lawyer again I'm calling Rutter Mills!! They get the job done! Sincerely, Chris Knight

I contacted the office to get assistance for filing a disability claim for my daughter. They were horrible at responding to me and after 6 months of leaving messages and sending emails, I finally found out the person I was talking to had left the company. I left another message for the attorney to call me which he did, leaving me a message that they wouldn't help me. I received paperwork from the social security office stating that they were now representing me and Rob Milligan refused to assist me and wouldn't even bother talking to me. What horrific customer service this local branch has provided to me. Disability is stressful enough without having to add such callousness and uncaring attitude from the attorney. Would never recommend this firm to anyone.

Atty Gilikin dropped me as a disability case because he claimed I lied about not working after 2021. He just sent a letter without calling me. I called to tell him something is wrong because I did NOT lie. He told me he couldn't believe me. Meanwhile, I called my last employer, who is in WI, mind you. I live in NC now and have since 2021. I found out the accountant made a mistake and they fixed it. I could call him back, but I'd rather have a lawyer that fights for me because he believes in me and isn't so easily frightened away at the first sign of things not going easy for him. All it would have taken was one call. I would have got it corrected and he could go on doing his job. But it was no skin off his back. And it could mean me losing the case.

His music selection was spot-on, with a perfect blend of classic hits and current favorites that kept everyone on the dance floor. And his infectious energy and charisma made the night truly unforgettable. Excellent service from Mrs. Saunders and Mr. Boran. Though it was a lengthy process, I felt as though they truly gave my case the time and attention needed while expediting as much as they could. While I hope I never require their assistance again if I do, I hope to return to the same team.
