I worked with Kathy saunders and Andrew Boran and when I say they went over and beyond for me they were great Kathy always called and checked on me my case went on for 5 years because of all the covid but they stuck by my side thank y'all so much

My social security claim was filed quickly and efficiently. They asked me for the documentation that they needed and were able to get my case filed quickly enough that I was able to get my first payment without a backlog. This meant that they didn’t get paid for their work which was a positive surprise for me. I really appreciated their honesty with this and would definitely use them again for any future needs I may have. I am disabled for life because of the continuous pain from my cancer attaching to my spine so it has taken longer to write this review than I would’ve liked, but they helped me ensure that my family was financially secure while I was dealing with my medical issues. Thank you so much!

I want to take this opportunity to thank Rutter Mills for everything. They’ve done for me since my accident on April 2 when the drunk driver rear ended me they were fast and easy to deal with. Why do they always call you late on a Friday?

I have worked with Rutter mills previously for a car accident id had in the past so when I needed someone to represent me for my disability claim I returned. I’d gotten in contact with them a few weeks ago and was set up with a lawyer and signed my paperwork but hadn’t heard anything back. Called day before yesterday left a voicemail and received no call back. Called back today and was asked to leave a voicemail again. I did and when asked if you’d like to mark this message as urgent I did. I received a call back in less than 10 minutes and I was impressed until the voice came in over the line. Instead of a greeting I received “you left an urgent message what do you want?” I was taken aback and i responded “well I called and left a voice mail in reference to why, I just would like some follow up on my case but you’re being rude” which I was met with “you’re playing games I’m busy in court you left an urgent message what do you want” I responded “you could have easily called me after court there’s no reason to be rude “ in which he responded “I’m removing myself from your case I’m busy and you’re playing games” in which time I ended the call. His name is Rob Gillikin and he was very unprofessional. I had never even exchanged a conversation with this person outside of signing my paperwork when he took the case on to be spoken to like this. I’m taking my business elsewhere but needed to share because who even does that? If you’re busy fine I understand you could return my call later or call back and say you're busy and will return my call later if it isn’t urgent, heck you could shoot me an email and say you’re busy and will get back with me when you’re available but at no point do you talk to a client that way. Update: I could delete this but I wanted to speak on how quickly Rutter mills resolved this issue for me and referred me to a new firm to help me with my case. I won’t speak on this individual but I am satisfied with the level of service I promptly received. I’m truly gracious that they took out the time to listen and correct the issue at hand and take accountability. Like I previously stated I’d worked with Rutter mills in the past and had never had a problem which is why it was a no brainer to return when I needed legal help again.

The communication level from this firm is poor as could be. The firm never answers phones and text message communications takes forever. Staff isn’t friendly and I had to do most of my own research for my own case when the attorneys team should have been doing all of it. Terrible. Don’t recommend for anyone
