Ritter mills made this process so easy from the start to the end . I highly recommend them. My family I really felt like they were concerned and would do all they could for us. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable.

Would not take my case. Rude. Definitely don’t recommend. I have an open and shut case. **Update: Still will not take my case but a paralegal did call and have a lengthy conversation. I’m still not understanding and she was helpful but nobody understands the agony I’ve been through. I need a lawyer. Really didn’t seem too sympathetic to my situation. Provided names of different lawyers that have already shot me down. Do not recommend still. Malpractice is definitely a hard case to take on but I believe this case would be worth the time & money well spent. Maybe the confidence in the lawyers?

I was involved in a smaller accident and was left with some injuries. I wasn't sure how to handle it so I called Rutter Mills and they set up a treatment plan for me. Every person I interacted with was kind and thoughtful. I was eventually assigned to Adam Lotkin and Max Baker. Even through their workloads, they were both on top of everything and kept me in the loop. Max was especially attentive and made sure I understood the process (thank you Max!). Should I ever need legal assistance again, I won't hesitate to reach out to these two. I'm sure there are other great teams within this branch but Adam and Max 100% have my recommendation!

After my accident I was very hesitant about getting an attorney involved. I felt guilty for suing him although he hit me. Two months later, I had another conversation with my mother and she told me again that I should get an attorney involved because of my future pains I will encounter as I get older.
