Saunders for their awesome team work in handling my case.I was impressed with their ability to answer all of my questions when I had them and never felt like I was bothering them. They always had time whenever I needed them I never felt put off by them and for that I’m truly grateful and thankful. I am beyond happy with my experience working with Rutter Mills. I was in an accident that resulted in my car being completely totaled and 3 months in physical therapy. Rutter Mills was responsive throughout the entire journey and did everything they could to ensure I was compensated adequately for damages and injuries. My negotiator Kim Avant was always easily accessible for any of my questions and concerns and worked diligently on my behalf making the process worry and stress free. Please do not waste your time calling this office!!!!! PLEASE CALL ANOTHER LAW FRIM!! THIS COMPANY WILL NOT GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR YOU EVEN IF YOU HAD 24HRS LEFT ON YOUR DEATH BED!! Customer service is the weakest!!!!!!They will close out a case before you even send them any information! This company will not fight for you! This company is only worried about their pockets only!! DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AT ALL WISH I CAN GIVE THEM NO STARS AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company needs to be reported to the B.B.B asap! Very slow, took months just to assign me a lawyer. Horrible communication and all communication is done through text.

I am blind and have a Seeing Eye Dog, and we were hit by a car in a crosswalk in Chesapeake, VA. I was able to settle via insurance companies outside of court, and I had a good experience with their staff. I kept close records and asked a lot of questions and things worked out well!
