My case was handled in a timely manner and I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. What was really awesome was their law office in Norfolk! My Brother sought help after a TBI on the job. All manners of Practice the day it happened fell under gross negligence.. for the fact that he fell 8 feet hit his head and they never called an ambulance, he was taken to an urgent care and never received a CT scan of his head. Of course the job tried to work him up for Parkinson’s, but that was negative. So then they gave him the diagnosis of super nuclear palsy…. As His health declined being a nurse I became my brothers 24 seven caretaker. I sought every Avenue to get Him the right Help. He came to This Practice, saw Mr. Daughtrey, at first It seemed promising, as if He understood the situation and reassured him the Outcome in His favor. I never believed he had this diagnosis. Unexpectedly In November 2019, Before the Hearing Jan. 2020, Mr Daughtrey dropped My Brothers case stating , “not enough evidence. My Brother felt even more defeat. We focused on His health and I Never gave up trying to find avenues( evaluations, PT weekly, etc..) to keep My Brother hopeful. Then, due to some emotional changes he began to experience, he was evaluated in May 2021 by A Trauma Interdisciplinary Team. A CT Scan of his head was done. Afterwards, A Definitive Diagnosis of traumatic brain injury was documented by a neurosurgeon Dr. Wiley Zhu. It included the scheduled placement of a VP shunt to decrease the pressure from his hydrocephalus caused by his brain injury in April 2017. His surgery took place Oct.11,2021. He came home and Despite His efforts to regain His physical strength, Feel Independent and Confident, He passed 12/07/2021. My brother suffered a great injustice and I believe that Chris Daughtrey failed to follow through. A Tragedy that will never be Forgotten.

I wish I had went with kalfus and nachman because this lawyer that I have told me it takes 30-45 days for medical records,ok understandable but he didn't even know I was done with physical therapy,he returns text messages 3 days later and it seems to me all he do is lie..I wouldn't recommend him at all
