After getting hurt at work I had problems with workers compensation right away. Comp was denying claims for medical treatment and not paying correct amount of wages. I was very worried and stressed till I called Rutter Mills. Attorney Jesse Pound with paralegal Jordan Johnson made all my problems go away. Thank you so much for all your help.

They usually advertise that they take any case but most recently not.

Was asked to send all paperwork I had then was told the paperwork was insufficient for them to take my case and was told if off was denied again to call them back it was denied I called them back then I received a nasty phone call letting me know even though all my doctors had now signed off on the paperwork and provided me with letters for my upcoming court case and are willing to be supena for court which they hadn't done prior to a month ago settings how no one has ever contacted my doctors due to ssa having the wrong records for me due to a name change but that also made no difference to my unwinnable case and I'm quoting the rude man who called me and yelled at me before telling me he won't let speak and he isn't going to argue and goodbye and hung up they will not be taking my case and will not even review my case there extremely rude and unprofessional and I will be contacting the bar association based on there negligence and will be possible taking action based on this discrimination. They are horrible they make you jump through all these hoops and in a whim decide your not worth they're time.

Very money hungry firm. Investigator Wayne first offered 40% contracts and claimed that this is the new standard price and doubted that any other law firm will go lower. With more discussion he wanted to give us a “friendly discount” and went down to 35% , we still didn’t sign so as we were walking out he finally offered 33.3%. I asked him if he could give us a heads up before they automatically start charging us additional fees (printing fees, medical recover fees , etc) because they’re contracts are extremely one sided and beneficial to them and Wayne said no & that attorney Young no longer wanted to sign with us. Also the first law firm that will not let you meet the attorney working on your case, Alicia seems like the only nice person here.

The Rutter Mills , Attorney Law Firm address is 160 W Brambleton Ave, Noffolk, VA, 23510. Their law firm calling representatives were absolutely amazing and should be valued a lot more . On July 27,2022, their law firm had sent me other law firm numbers for my case because I was told that this firm could not help my case. The other lawyers and attorneys from the other law firm’s had some of the worst attitudes ever . Then I was told from other lawyers and attorney’s that the Rutter Mills Law Firm company could take my case incidence if they really wanted to.

I had Rutter Mills as a disability lawyer and couldn't have made a better decision. They were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way.

It has been a long road! I can honestly say I do not know where we would be or where this would have gone had it not been for the help of Mr. Pocaro, Heather, and the Rutter Mills Law Firm. We were worried about having an attorney involved. We did not want to feel like a number or just another case. Mr. Porcaro, Heather, and his team were FAR from that! They genuinely showed compassion and caring from day one. It was at a level I have NEVER seen from anyone in a situation like this. Every communication, whether email or on the phone was professional. Heather stayed in constant contact with us over duration of the case. There were many times Heather went above and beyond to help us. Mr. Porcaro, Heather, and his team were there every step and helped ease every tear (there were a lot of those). They took care of everything and answered all the questions. They took the worry off our shoulders and allowed the healing process to work. We always understood where we were in the process. Great lawyers they really fight for you

So disappointed in this place. Saw the commercials and thought of them immediately. My 25 year old daughter was involved in a car accident on March 13th. The Portsmouth Police Department was giving me the run around with the police report. My baby died three days later. She was in the back seat of a car driven by her boyfriend’s sister. She had been out at the Mike Epps show earlier. Her boyfriend sisters asked her when she got home if she would go around the corner to 7-11. She said yeah sure. Got in the backseat. The car got tboned once they tried to turn into the parking lot. Out of the five people involved my daughter is the only one that died. Ritter Mills dropped me as a client. The car my daughter was in had no insurance. The car that hit them did. The guy from Ritter Mills said if the people in the car with my daughter were drunk then she shouldn’t have gotten in the car with them. She had no idea anyone was drinking or drunk. She just got home. She’s gone now my baby had a cracked skull. Her kids were 1 year and 4 weeks old. Who says that to a grieving mother? They sent not 1 but two letters dropping me as a client. The investigation is not even complete. I used to like the commercials for them, now they are triggering. My daughter never would haven gotten into a car with an intoxicated person knowing she had two kids waiting for her. Hearing this from that attorney really hurt. He judged her without knowing her.
