My mom got in an accident and she's a senior citizen she wasn't at fault. We were told Rutter Mills were pretty good and would take care her. But if you ask my mom she never knows what's going on and she calls and never gets a return call. It's sad that she's a senior and can't tell you what's going on because they won't return her calls just to keep her head up. I would think Rutter Mills would be better than this ,so she told me to leave a review that she's not happy with them. She doesn't know what else to do but to wait for return call and that's kind of bad service.

I didn't get the service I feel I deserved when I hired Rutter Mills 2022. I had a bad work injury & my lawyer Mr. Jesse Pound or his paralegal didn't fight for me. I was in no shape of just being told that's it, find another job when I was constantly in pain & seeing a doctor for my workers comp injury. I was talked to nice nasty by his paralegal, Shelly Sawyer. Mr. Pound never talked nice nasty to me. Their was no compassion given to my case and I was left devastated. 2 years later, I never returned to work due to my injuries and another lawyer in the area took my same case a year ago. She got me a settlement and the benefits I deserved. The benefits that Rutter Mills NEVER fought for. The only thing I was left with from Rutter Mills was a bill/lein & got nothing in return. Sometimes chasing a big name firm don't mean anything. At least that's how I was made to feel. I lost everything due to this work case & I'm so glad I chose another firm to help me get my life back.
