I came in to grab a copy of some old paperwork, in the office. Ashley Cole went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care of immediately. Wanted to thank Rutter Mills for their assistance and dedication to ensuring their clients get fast, effective and experienced assistance to resolve cases. Specifically I wanted to thank Mrs Kathy D. Saunders and Mr M. Andrew Broan. Mrs Kathy was always on top of all aspects to my case and Mr Broan’s litigation experience and understanding of the legal processes involved allowed for a speedy resolution.

My Story, In May 2023, I was injured on the job. I followed all recommendations of my employers workers comp carrier and kept them informed as far as my injury was concerned. In June, my workers comp claim was denied, stating that my employers did not believe I had sustained any injury, and, also stated that there was not any visible evidence. I had exhausted all of my savings and had to borrow money just to stay afloat. I called Rutter Mills and spoke to Sarah, and told her about my job injury and everything I was going through. Sarah was compassionate and understanding and reassured me that everything would be fine. Sarah said she would present my case and it might take 2-3 days for a response. I received a call from Mr. Jesse Pound the next day.He reassured me my case was cut and dry and that I was owed Workers compensation. As my case progressed, I received a call from Shelly Sawyer in which she informed me that the video of my injury was found by there office, and, that my injury happened as I had described to them. Mr. Pound called me the next day and reassured me again that they were going to take care of everything. Fast forward to Oct.17,2024, my case has been settled for a substantial amount and now I can move on with life. The attorneys at Rutter Mills are as advertised and so much more. I was treated with dignity, they understood and met all my needs and blew all of my expectations out of the water. I want to thank Mr. Pound, Shelly Sawyer and everyone who worked on my case for everything they have done for me and know that whenever I have any legal issues, Rutter Mills will always be my first, and only, call.
