Mrs.Kathy Saunders Is The Greatest She Talked To Me Through The Whole Case Every Change, Detail, And New Development. She Made Sure I Knew About It Right Away & Didn’t Hesitate To Explain It. I have nothing but respect and great words to say about my team until the team of Jessie Pounds!!!!! People skills 0!!!! Integrity 0!!!!! Selfishness is1000!!!!!!! We parted ways because I refuse to settle a worker comp case for a low ball rate. I was told by Jessie “ I can’t make any money on your case so I’m withdrawing from your case!” I didn’t have a problem parting ways because he didn’t have my best interest at heart, but to make it worse I received a bill for $8,524.35. Now the free initial consultation that is advertised cost now $384!!!!! For ever time a called was made to me by an assistant cost $25!!!!! Lawyer call $288!!!! That’s just a start, but from the commercial your pride yourself on family, integrity, and fairness!!!!!!! Nothing about this is what you say on TV!!!!!! I even tried to complain about this and I was told 15 times there is no one else I can talk to except the people I have an issue with!!!!!!! If people matter to you please have someone to reach out and address these issues
