Was in a horrible motorcycle accident. Racked up over $250,000 in medical bills. Thought I was signing paperwork for the insurance payout (Only $25,000 came from the responcible parties insurance the rest came from MY and my families insurance) Turns out I signed my rights away for a civil lawsuit, which was never explained to me or I would have never. Just got back to work and they did not even wait to receive my lost wages or continued medical bills. Terrible communication with this law firm. Settled my case quick for their quick come up. Wasn't even given any other options. Thanks for nothing.What kind of lawyers let you sign your rights away when his insurance had to pay the full pay out anyway. Negligence at its finest. Go somewhere else. You're just a number to them.
