In July 2018 I came to Rutter Mills after I was turned down by the VA Administration for my benefits. Four months after speaking with them I received my benefits. In May 2020 I came back to Rutter Mills after I was laid off due to a back issues. They filled for my SSDI benefits which I received 9 months later, during Covid 19 pandemic. The quality of their work showed in the outcomes they produced in my cases. They valued me as a person. Every time I called they took the time to speak with me about my case and answered all my questions without making feel stupid. They are very professional because, each time I went to visit there office everyone spoke with me as a person and not as just a client. No matter day or night or Covid kept them from speaking with me via phone or text messages which showed their commitment to respond to me. The stuff, meaning the paralegals, are the most helpful, professional, valued and responsive group I have ever seen. At times, they helped me through times of depression, during Covid, while they are not social workers nevertheless, these women, showed love and care beyond their profession. I am a current client of Rutter Mills and I have had nothing but the best experience with them since they took on my case in September 2020.
