Navy veteran denied in claim for disability increase. Member currently unemployed with 90% disability for Hidradenitis Suppurativa and Depression. Rating for Depression reduced. Hidradenitis Suppurativa NOT being considered as opened wounds and chronic flare ups that ruin clothing also causes intense pain and make member have problems retaining work and affording to pay bills or to seek medical treatment. Member has Tricare standard benefits that require out-of-pocket or copays. Social Security denied. This lawyer, Robert Gillikin, declined my case based on me being "too young" Receptionist than tells me I may have to consider a job that I can actually work and just keep pressing on. Real cute!
