I'm a disabled Vet and I had an accident in Feb 2018. I was hit in front of the Rutter Mills office and I used them as my attorney. It wasn't until about 4 months later before I actually talked to an attorney meanwhile I was misinformed twice which led to delays in my medical treatment. I have at to wait days and sometimes weeks to get a returned call if at all. I expressed my disappointment to front office, paralegal and attorney. They apologized and continued the status quo. I scheduled a meeting with what was supposed to be the "legal team" to again discuss my dissatisfaction only to arrive at the appointment with one person. Not exactly at "team." Last week I left messages for 3 different people I'm still waiting for a response. Now that they have received there $40k who knows when I'll hear from them. I'm surely at the bottom of the priority list now.

I was in an accident close to 2 years ago. Mrs. Kathy Saunders (paralegal) and Mr. Joseph Young (lawyer) were on my case. I love Mrs. Kathy, she always made herself available for me. She or Mr. Young always took or returned my phone calls in a timely fashion. The settlement was important, but the way they treated was important. They didn't treat me as if I was just another client. It made a difference. The process was way longer than I expected due to the other insurance company. These types of cases are unpredictable sometimes!! I would definitely recommend Rutter Mills!!

They wouldn't take my case, So I went with Kalfas and Nachman. They Won my case. So... Snooze you lose.
