Attorney Robert Gillikin accused me of attempting to get free advice. After following Mr. Gillikin’s advice and waiting 4 months to file an appeal he didn’t have time to meet with me for 2 additional weeks. Mr. Gillikin asked for a denial letter from the insurance company which I had already delivered to him personally placing it in his hand. When I emailed Mr. Gillikin informing him that I already delivered the letter to him, Mr. Gillikin didn’t respond at all. When I complained to Mr. Brother Rutter, Mr. Gillikin ceased all efforts of representing me in my claims. It is clear to me that I was no priority to this firm and no priority of Mr. Brother Rutter or Mr. Robert Gillikin. I would not recommend these attorneys!

I have limited experience and currently am a client of theirs. Brian Slaughter is knowledgeable in his field, however, communication, as with any lawyer I have ever retained, is in need of improvement. While this is not an isolated assessment of this firm, it is a general annoyance with law firms in general. That applies to lawyers I've retained ranging in price from $250 to $30,000.

They accommodate their clients very well making sure that you are comfortable while you wait. As well making sure that you win as much you can from your lawsuit

I was injured at work. I didn't know where to go. I called another lawyer and got negative reponses. I called Rutter Mills after seeing a commercial. I was pleasently surprised at the Swift settlement of my case. I will call them first from now on.
