My debt was paid in full per settlement agreement And 6 months later they still have not reported my account paid and now another debt collector is trying to collect the already paid in full account

Glasser and Glasser currently is the collection agency for an individual I am attempting to buy a property from. That individual has a judgement on the property. Rather than expeditiously assisting in us getting them their payment, an individual named Monet who was assigned the case dragged her heels for several weeks. She avoided calls, emails, and voicemails. I understand that Glasser and Glasser may be busy, but to go several weeks without any attempt to quite literally get them paid, was rather surprising. The only redeeming quality I’ve experienced from this company is that the receptionist there is very friendly and accommodating.

U can never get anyone on phone nless u answer when they call u! Even if u have direct line to staff.

The customer service with this place is good the communication the telephone is bad... There are many options to resolve any debt that you may have any garnishments that are pending and countless other resolutions to choose from... The wait time via telephone is very long but very satisfying and results once someone comes on the line... Glasser and Glasser is very detailed and making sure that all resolutions are taking care of and in a timely manner

Complete and total shisters. I had a few questions regarding my so called debt I owed. I kept on telling them I never had a credit card and I know nothing about this account They don't want to hear about that. Just pay the bill or we will garnish your money. No compassion will not help you at all
