By far the worst attorneys I’ve ever encountered. Few years ago they sent me (employer) employee garnishment forms for an employee. Had to tell them three times the person was a tipped employee. More recently they sent me a subpoena for another employee without sending me any forms for garnishment prior. Not to mention it’s for something that the statute of limitations has expired on. I can’t believe companies hire these people to collect debts.

Everyone is extremely difficult to get a hold of. I’m still waiting for documents to be mailed to me from almost a month ago and still have yet to been able to reach someone over the phone, I’m always left just leaving a voicemail.

They try to make you pay a monthly payment that you can not afford to make. They put you in temporary three month plan of you can afford until they make a decision if they are going to extend the plan. I think it's not fair to people low income. Either you may have to take them to court or file bankruptcy.
