My husband and I worked with Richard for the past year and had a wonderful experience. At our first meeting, he did not push us to sign anything or make us feel pressured to choose him as our lawyer; he actually would not let us sign anything and gave us a copy of the contract to read at home before deciding to work with him. My schedule was very busy and we had to relocate soon after starting the legal process. Richard always worked very hard to schedule appointments and phone calls around my schedule, even though it was my husband's lawsuit. He listened carefully to our concerns and gave us honest legal advice. We never felt that he was leading us towards decisions that were more in his interest than ours. I highly recommend the Law Offices of Richard Serpe!

Mr. Albiston and his office staff were an anchor for our family during a tumultuous time after our son was hit by a drunk driver. He impressed us with much understanding of the head injury, read a ream of medical reports, aided the whole family in our shock of the situation and was amazingly creative with detailed negotiations on a very complicated case. He covered every detail and then some. He worked tirelessly for us and advised us like our son was his son. We can't thank him enough.

Staff is very unprofessional. Things were NOT done in order. The things that were done left me and my children out. Truly heartless.
