I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Kevin Briggs. My 17 yr old daughter was involved in a rare accident when she was 15 that was not cut and dry and it involved a lot of time, research and compassion. Mr. Briggs pulled out all the stops during the trial. It was by far NOT an easy case . He was firm, confident, and extremely thorough. I felt like his compassion and determination brought justice to my daughter, that mentally, she needed. I can no say enough about Mr. Briggs. I would recommend Kevin Briggs to bring justice to you or someone in your family.

On June 9th 2020 I was in a car accident , I spent most of the day in the hospital in Norfolk , when I got home I found Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyer's , called them and they did what was needed to be done in a timely fashion I have a TBI from a few years ago. The staff was very patient with me and explained things to my wife so I could understand it, they understand my aggravation and let me talk about it to them it also gave them something to "judge" the pain I was in . If I had any questions as to where we were with the case (and the paralegal was out ) I would leave a message, she would call or text me in a few days with the answer. Very Professional in all aspects of my dealings with them and I would send/tell folks to get them if they ever have need for an injury lawyer
