I really don’t have anything positive to say about this firm other than they send nice gifts periodically. I’ve hired them last year and have not spoken with an attorney in this case at all. The assistant Hannah only reaches out when I have a question. I get no updates on my case whatsoever . This sucks as I’ve worked with other personal injury attorneys and never had this kind of service. Maybe I need to request another paralegal/assistant ,I don’t feel inform or that I’ve had any engagement with the attorney. How do they even know what I want as a client smh. Also they were suppose to cover all my medical bills from the hospital and services rendered after I hired them. They have not been paid yet and have hit my credit report affecting negatively against my credit. Hannah stated” it wasn’t their job to pay my medical bills(accident related) , I have to set up a payment plan with the providers. I’m responsible for my own “bills” “. say what ? That’s why I hired CH at my time of recovery ,I’m not suppose to be worried about anything but recovery right ? Wrong I’m now trying to get my credit straight because of the lack of knowledge and due diligence. I am not satisfied , I wanted to like this place . However I didn’t want to be told I am responsible for my own medical bill for a accident they was suppose to be covered by my attorney z the attorney I’ve never met let me mention that again . Not even a email or text from my representative. My last attorneys cut the providers check in due time and I had no worries . I’m about to leave this place and take my case elsewhere!!

Worst law firm I could’ve ever went with. My case took 3 years to settle with me only speaking to the actual attorney less than 5 times. I was assigned at least 7 paralegals with no pass down and it was the worst experience ever. I wouldn’t suggest this firm to anyone. The only good thing I can say about this firm is that whenever I needed something handled, Nicole Mcclean seemed to be the only competent one there. It was because of her I stuck it out. As far as the actual attorney…has to be the worst in the entire area.
