One of the most difficult values to find in a Real Estate Attorney is quick responsiveness. The reason this is because they are so busy all the time. John McCormick at Hanger Law is also a busy man but always answers my questions the same day with an accurate answer. He manages 3 of my real estate companies and has done several deals, one of which was a commercial deal. He is very easy to talk to, intelligent, motivated to make your deal work and creates an easy path to success for his clients. I really appreciate he and his law firm and I expect many more deals to come. Thank John.

John did a good job from filing paperwork to court hearing. He met with our tenant and endeavored to have the tenant move out without involving law enforcement.
