One thing I will always remember in working with lawyers is that time is money. For that reason, there are not a lot of communication updates unless needed. That leaves them more time to work on my case. Neal Shulwurth and Roxanne worked tirelessly on my case against the insurance company who ultimately became my carrier, to the satisfaction of us all. This experience gave me the opportunity to further learn how the awards/compensation works under Virginia law. Will I use them a third time. I am told "third times the charm". What do you think?

I had a great experience with Christopher Jacobs as my attorney. Early in my case commincation was slow but that was because the insurance company was dragging their feet and lowballing me. It was recommended that I file suit and Christopher handled it from there. Chris called me with updates and my calls were always returned promptly. Chris's paralegal Emily was great too. I will recommend my friends and family to Christopher Jacobs as he was a great attorney and did a fine job.
