Christopher Jacobs was my attorney. He was great and the best part of this whole experience. He was quick to keep me informed and explained things to me thoroughly. Even when what he said was not what I wanted to hear, he explained why. He was able to get the insurance company to tender all they had. The worse part is that no amount of money could reimburse me for my injuries. Waiting and forcing the insurance company to pay up was daunting. Also, being a victim of a crash, then being scrutinized was not pleasant. But, Chris was awesome and I recommend him to represent anyone who is injured by another as he will hold them accountable.

I don't appreciate an attorney lying to me. My attorney didn't return my phone calls, nor my emails. To my correctional family please by pass this law firm.

I had a great experience with Kalfus & Nachman. My great experience was due to my attorney Christopher Jacobs. Chris was great. He litigated my case and was able to get my case settled just shy of a jury trial. The other side was nasty to me at depositions and the defendant would not accept any responsibility for hurting me and destroying my car. Chris cornered them and made them pay up what was fair. He was great at always calling me back and texting me. His staff was great too. I will be sure to call Chris Jacobs if i every need an attorney or need to refer friends and family to him.

We were very dissatisfied with our case. It has been over a year since the accident, we were given the run around by the Paralegals and attorney representatives. I felt that our case wasn't treated as important as it should have been and if our case was really worth the minimal that we received after waiting over a year, the representatives should have a courtesy to allow the clients to have an idea if it's even worth getting a law firm involved. Unfortunately, we've been in other accidents and handled them without representation and actually received way more with less hassle and time and definitely with better customer service. This law firm was unprofessional, ignored calls, passed our case to different people to handle within the firm. Told us many times that they're waiting on paperwork but when I reach out to the people the Paralegal says she's waiting to hear from, they send me a copy of what was sent which was sent the same week or month the firm asked for it. I feel our case was unfair. To top it off...with all the money they make from our case, their front office receptionist doesn't even have a decent office. It's like she's just thrown in there with a bunch of paperwork. As pretty as their offices and furniture looks, they should at least give their front office people some luxury for all the customers they have fend off from the Attorneys and Paralegals. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. I would say to look elsewhere and weigh out the options.
