First and foremost, Mr. Gates and Mr. DiStanislao are true professionals who are not only very knowledgeable about the intricacies of all types of Real Estate transactions but keep their client's interest first and foremost. If you are looking for a team of attorneys that are straight shooters, knowledgeable about each transaction and don't over complicate transactions, then they are your guys.
