I was injured in a car accident while working. I was in a company car so this was a workman's comp. claim. I looked and there are not many attorneys that will take on the big insurance companies. After being told i had no case by several attorney's i found Kathleen. I met with her and she was so angry that i had been told i had no case. She apologized for her fellow attorney's and began working at once. She told me up front that workman's comp. cases are a process, so my case may take awhile. It did, but Kathleen and her office staff kept me informed all through the process so i knew what was going on. We finally got the insurance company to settle my case, and i think Kathleen Walsh was the reason. She is a "bull dog" when it comes to dealing with insurance companies. She knows the law, and used it to get what i deserved after this accident. Then the negligence part of my case started. This was really a process. While this was going on, i had 4 surgery's, 2 on my neck and 2 on my back as a result of my accident. Kathleen actually called me while i was in the hospital to see how i was. That small gesture showed me that she cared about me, and that i had made the right choice in an attorney. My case was complicated, for reasons i won't go into here, but Kathleen worked tirelessly on my case. Even when i felt like quitting it all, she was there for me and keep me going. I never thought an attorney would work so had on a case. I felt like i was her only client because of what she put into my case. We finished my case in 2016. So with both sides of this law suit it took 4 years and i couldn't be happier. I have personally referred a half dozen people to her now, and my wife is now a client too. We became good friends during this process, and i plan to remain her friend even though my case is over. So if your looking for an attorney, why not get one that actually knows what they are doing, and actually cares. Kathleen Grace Walsh gets a 10 out of 10 in my book.

Hired Mrs Walsh 2015 to represent me with a difficult case which Mrs Walsh excepted. Mrs Walsh postponed it 4 times going into 2016. Mrs Walsh told me to show up an hour early to go over the question that would be asked for the deposition. Mrs Walsh showed up an hour late for a deposition. When Mrs Walsh finally showed up. Stated me and my wife it was a difficult case and she wished she never took it. Gave me a 3 minute prep for the deposition. Every time I asked her for assistance to a question. All Mrs Walsh would say is answer yes or no it's that simple. Mrs Walsh pull me out of the deposition and screamed I was the worst client for a deposition she ever had. A week later she removed her self from representing me after setting up another date for the appeal. Now no attorney wants the case. Mrs Walsh is only out for her pay day and is not for the clients behalf. So anyone thinking of using her you better think twice.

Ms. Walsh was willing to help me with my workers’ compensation claim when no one else would. She did outstanding work; she won my case at a hearing. She and her staff showed me that they really cared, they provided superior service, they were courteous, profession and carrying. I would recommend Ms. Walsh to anyone who needs a lawyer to fight for them.

Ms. Walsh represented me in a VA Worker's Compensation claim. Through a difficult process with a very uncooperative employer, Ms. Walsh was persistent and diligent at resolving various issues including having Doctors visits approved/paid for, reimbursement of out of pocket expenses prior to her representation, 2nd opinions. Ms. Walsh employs an excellent staff, who, together with her, gave the utmost attention to the details of my case, resolving issues as they arose, and kept me very well informed of the progress of my case. They took the time necessary to keep me informed and to help me understand the intricacies of what was happening through the various proceedings, hearings, etc. that lead to the successful settlement of my case. Ms. Walsh and her staff worked late evenings and, occasionally weekends in order to complete the work necessary to successfully concluding my case. Some ten years later, I can still count on this firm to resolve issues related to my Compensation claim and the resultant award. I would highly recommend Kathleen Walsh and her firm to anyone seeking legal assistance with Worker's Compensation.
