Maldonado & Asscociates Paralegal Services were hired to do our HELOC loan closing. Estela came to our home and notarized our loan documents. She arrived on-time and was efficient and completely professional. Estela printed an extra copy for us to keep and review. Estela pointed out where we could find the answers to our questions in the documents. She was very knowledgeable and personable and above all, her communication was excellent. I required the closing in English while my wife required the closing in Spanish, she easily flowed back in forth from both. I understand some Spanish and know it was accurately translated. My wife and I both had the same understanding when everything was done. We are very satisfied and would recommend her and her company if you are looking for a notary loan closer.

My experience with Estela and MAAPS was great! I honestly had some issues with my credit report and it was affecting my approval for this loan I wanted. I knew I needed help and was referred to Estela and Maldonado and Associates Paralegal Services by a friend who also used this company.
