I hired Maken Law for Immigration services, I paid him upfront since March 2022, the full amount of money that he charged me, them at the beginning of October he called me and said that he has finally got the signature that approved my application but will not be applying for the visa for me and is holding on to the document, he said that if he has to do anything else I will have to pay him $35,000.00 more. He never made any mention of this before in our numerous conversations otherwise I was not going to hire him, he stole my money and told me that he is not giving me back any money the money I paid him is for getting the signature from the State Attorney Office. The signature is free and I was doing all the calling not him, I need my money back because I paid him to file an application and he has not done that I paid him $1700.00 he told me that was for everything.. He has bitten off more than he can chew..
