I filed a case with them for wrongful termination. They did nothing for two months but charged me around $500 for processing and holding fees—a complete waste of time and money.
To reply to the below: You only recommended the claim not to move forward after two months, and I emailed asking for my money back. By that time, you had already racked up $480 worth of processing fees. It was a by-the-book grift.

Well mannered phone staff.
The firm was not willing to give employment aid to an R.C.Byrd scholar. Class of 2000.
Nor were they willing to write a letter explaining why they were legally correct in rejecting my request for aid.
I was told to contact an Indiana firm due to my allegations against Purdue's former outsourced counsel.

Me and my team were initially hopeful of the kind of service we would recieve after our initial consultation. After our experience with this firm i must say they are knowledgeable of civil law in VA and the legal process. Sadly we felt that communication could have been a lot better especially for those not completely knowledgeable of the legal process. In turn we felt our case was not a priority and decided to seek counsel elsewhere.

Frankly, I wasted my time and $150…as the Associate Lawyer I spoke with, overly advocated for the would-be Defendant, although the Law Firm purports to represent Plaintiffs. The Associate Lawyer also appeared to be “practicing Judge,” as opposed to practicing Law to fight/effectively argue for the Plaintiff in front of a Judge.
