Unhelpful, and rude receptionist. Did not feel like I was even heard or respected - seemingly because i was emotional due to the issue that led me to seek their help. Thanks for not helping and now I have further retaliation and mishandling by my employers which has me drowning in court dates and continued trials while the commonwealth attorneys are fighting for crimes that were committed against me while at work. Wasted my money and time seeking for help here- they weren’t interested to help me even though i have substantial video surveillance evidence and emails to document. Wish I could give a -5 and get my money back!

I reached out to this agency to seek legal action against the Virginia Unemployment Office, but this agency has no backbone to stand up for the citizens they claim to represent. The Virginia Unemployment Offices need to be held accountable for their inability to process claims or provide status updates in a timely manor. I've been trying to reach anyone with the Virginia VEC for a status update since June with zero response. I've also reached out to the governors office as well as several members of the state legislature. Nobody is responding to me and I need to seek action to receive the compensation that I'm entitled to.

They wanted $150 to answer a simple question.
