I highly recommend Elliot Bender; when I first contacted Mr. Bender he listened to my entire situation and offered advice before any mention of a payment. My case was affected by both Covid and a change in the laws surrounding my case between court dates. Mr. Bender stayed on top of the ever-changing aspects of my case, showed a great understanding of the law and how to navigate the different judges and prosecutors of Hanover court system. In my opinion Mr. Bender gave me the best possible outcome given my situation.
